And became a fool among friends. :-)
Yes, all these days are good marketing tools. Awareness - not sure about it.
Hope you get to know romantic love soon. :-)

Deepu: Thanks for the wishes, Cupid. I guess you had played cupid to others. Did someone play that for you? :-)

freedom2be: Even I've noticed such PDAs. We ...Hey, I couldn't help but nod at your thoughts. We can celebrate love whenever we want! And if you really need validation from others for your love then you are not in love at all! PDA can be beautiful. I remember seeing this very old beggar couple. The guy had only one arm. In their non-business hours, these two were feeding rice to each other playfully, and tugging at each other's hair and face. Now, they have only pavement to live so their love is always going to be PDA! What is the moral police going to do with this couple?Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7850058678322188319.post-60561201761127082432009-02-14T00:25:00.000+05:302009-02-14T00:25:00.000+05:30Though it is not necessary to have a dya to celebr...Though it is not necessary to have a dya to celebrate your love.. it is not a bad idea for others to wish you with lots and lots of happiness and love.

So wishing you many many years of love and happiness ....
God bless!

(including cupid and all his associates) ;)The one who has loved and losthttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15738489354623134522noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7850058678322188319.post-56957279311644459772009-02-13T23:09:00.000+05:302009-02-13T23:09:00.000+05:30Personally, I don't really believe in St. Valentin...Personally, I don't really believe in St. Valentine's Day either, though, believe me, it can get very tough as a teenager, when every one around you is canoodling, and even your parents are wondering about your supposed love life with a slightly bemused expression. Very, very tough.

The thing is, I completely agree with you about love- if you need a commercialised day to celebrate it, you're not in love. Love should be when you wake up every morning, deliriously happy, but you cannot quite pin point the reason for this euphoria. I think. But I've never been in love romantically, and no one else has been in love with me in that way either, so I cannot say.

About women's day and such like... sometimes, I feel, such days are very important to create awareness- they're a great marketing tool.mixedblessings89https://www.blogger.com/profile/18207055386272086192noreply@blogger.com
